Where intrinsically safe equipment is required, we can provide a complete package with the latest ATEX certification standard, including gas detectors, sensors, controllers, power supplies and uninterruptible power supplies.

The Trolex Performance Warranty
TROLEX operates to Quality Standard BSEN ISO9001 and all our sensors and monitoring equipment are designed, manufactured, tested and calibrated to approved procedures which are supported by test and calibration certificates. These can be supplied with our products on request.

Every product is despatched with Installation and Operating Data to enable the user to obtain the best performance from the equipment. If further advice is needed, our Application Engineers will be pleased to provide additional support and technical guidance.

We undertake to repair or replace any standard sensor product which fails due to faulty materials or workmanship up to two years after despatch from our factory.

For consumable components, such as batteries and chemical cells, we will extend the same warranty to our clients as we receive from our supplier.

If a client is dissatisfied with one of our standard products for any reason, we undertake to accept the return of the equipment, in good condition, within 14 days of delivery and provide a full refund.
