Health and Wellbeing

One of our core objectives is to enjoy the experience of working at Trolex. Led by our team of Wellbeing representatives, 'Inspire' is the name of our health and wellbeing initiative, with the overriding aim to make Trolex an enjoyable and caring place to work.

In addition, they seek to address areas of particular interest identified through staff surveys, eg. heart health, mental health, work/life balance, nutritional advice, etc, and organise campaigns to help raise awareness and increase engagement for these topics.

Our commitment to these activities has been recognised and Trolex has been shortlisted in numerous employee benefit and wellbeing awards.
